Established in 2011, the company was set up by Andy Wilson, an experienced and well qualified financial adviser.

In addition to his expert mortgage knowledge Andy has developed a quality advice service in the growing Equity Release market.

Following seven years of growth in the business, Andy was joined in January 2019 by specialist mortgage adviser Robert Drury. Robert has taken over the provision of mortgage advice for new clients. This follows a lengthy background in this area, having previously worked for Nat West, Santander and the Britannia Building Society.

We offer a ‘whole of market’ service meaning we can deal with all mortgage and equity release providers that will deal with us. We have two LN6 locations, in North Hykeham and in Skellingthorpe.
